There are three things Namo cat will not tolerate:
a.) no food in his bowl
b.) cat sand that is not white
c.) number four leaving for university
With a.) the solution is easy: you only have to open a tin, otherwise you will get a lot of infuriated meowing.
With b.) you might have to clean away cat turds from before the litter box, so make sure there´s always white cat sand in the house.
With c.) you definitely have to remove cat turd, but this time it might be anywhere. Just follow your nose and you will surely find it!
In plain English: Son left for Graz, and Namo was not amused, because number four is his favourite. So in an act of protest Namo pooped in the shower tray. Hubby found the dump and disposed it in the toilet, then did his nightly chores. When he came out Namo had deposited another dump just in front of the door. Now it was hubby who was not amused. Next time son has to leave we will confine the cats in the upper bathroom during night. 16 square metres with litter box, cat tree and a window to look out will have to do for a few nights in lockdown, until Namo is sane again.
