One knitting problem solved, the next already lying in waiting

While happily knitting along this morning, I did a tug at the string, to get the ball of wool out of its hiding place under the sofa- and found that there´s not much ball left, and I do not have a backup. Thankfully the rows are getting shorter, but still... I did the jacket a tad bigger than necessary, because that girl is growing so fast, but had I known that this might cause trouble I´d gone without that. Luckily there´s only a Mausezähnchen collar to do to finalise, and somewhere in the bag of surprise there has to be a tiny ball of pink left from another Elsa project done last year. That should do the trick!
Another surprisingly hot day (weather forecast predicted rain and cooler temperatures from midday on), and hubby and daughter were both to be found in the pool. I am not fit enough yet to jump into the water, its 22 degrees, and my cold is worse than before. I really, really hate it!
Daughter is still job- and flat hunting. The cheapest studio apartments are 600 euro here, and located in an area no one should be forced to live... It might be a while until hubby gets his last offspring out of the house again! First job, then flat, but jobs are rare in times like these!
Its not six o´clock yet, but outside the frog´s corus is in full swing. The little buggers also don´t have curfew time but keep us awake all night long. At least husband found the frog spawn in our mini biotope in time and brought it to the pond at the end of the field nearby. It´s hard to maw the lawn, when dozens of tiny frogs are on their way!
