Two days of rest

Hubby and my car will be off to Graz for two days from tomorrow on. The washing machine is already in the trunk, as are lamps and curtains and whatelse hubby has bought for son´s new flat. Currently hubby is picking up some dining chairs then will drive to number one´s abode, where he will borrow son´s inflatable mattress. Once upon a time we had one, too, but one jump done by Namo killed it very efficiently. We never bought a new one, you simply can´t use it when you have cats...
Our coughing and sneezing got even worse today, and because all good things come in threes, I got a pinkeye also. Oops, I forgot about the very sore throat I have- that makes four inconveniences... The eyedrops I have at home will hopefully make my eyes better soon. Today daughter mine has done a covid test, which came out negative. She will attend the group of regulars in the evening for a few drinks then do another testing tomorrow. If she stays negative, I will have to bring her to work on early Monday morning...
Because of my eyes, not much got done today. Hubby did fried squid rings with salad for lunch, then we took another nap, until I decided to finish the second sleeve of Cassian´s jacket, where only a few rows of red were left to do. No pattern, phew, except for decreasing!
And since hubby will leave early in the morning, I will be able to sleep in as long as I want tomorrow, which is good, because last night got spent with coughing and cursing my running nose!
