Today was a lazy day for me. After a late breakfast I consigned Vaire's litter box to hubby, who'd clean it out with the garden hose. Only that he and I forgot both to bring it back in into the bathroom. Cat peed onto the place, where litterbox usually stands, hubby scrubbed the tiles and I did watch from the bedroom. Last night was mostly spent with coughing and reading, before I remembered, that I had not taken the cough suppressant I had bought. A bit of cooking for lunch, then I knitted the collar of Cassians cardigan, only to have to unravel it again, because I did the stitches inside-out. That's what you get when you work sloppily. To soothe my nerves, I crocheted two more stars, trying out a new pattern. Still looks similar to the first one, though this one is more complicated to crochet, but easier to iron maybe. Hubby began to clear out the carport, where we will put the palm trees and olive trees in, until Halloween is over. You never know when there'll be freeze during night, and we need the conservatory for the family meeting at Halloween. Cassian and his brother will be with us on Saturday, when their mum is at the finissage, to pick up her paintings. I see a lot of decorating ahead. My hope is that the boy has not managed to pick up another virus to pass on. I have an important meeting with my dentist on Monday I do not want to miss!
