Another 60 bucks gone...
Jan. 10th, 2023 06:17 pm Vaire cat had to be brought to the vet again, and after that her state got even worse. How she managed to get a bloody eye between nine and ten in the morning I do not know. She got eye drops and new medication, though the vet thinks it must have been some collision she did. Haven´t seen or heard anything, but she has been wandering along a lot during night and is clearly in pain now...
Hubby brought Cassian to kindergarten, picked him up at twelve and took him back to our house. Son number two and Flavius had lunch with us (DiL is in Vienna but will hopefully be back this evening). Hubby had a big surprise for Cassian- because he is not allowed any Playmobil at his home, grandpa bought the big police station he can play with at our house. We had been building it up for more than one hour, when out of the blue number one came for a visit, together with Xaver. Number one and two worked together, and now we have even less space in our house than before- that thing is huge and will need a base plate for transporting. As soon as police station was ready for playing, Cassian had to pack up his belongings and drive back home. To say he was not amused is an understatement...
I think I´ve caught another cold, no clue why or where from. I am sneezing, my nose is running, but neither hubby nor Cassian and aunt Lil have one at the moment, and I haven´t been to a shop lately. Maybe I was out in the cold for too long, putting cookies onto the cake plate, with not enough warm clothes on!
Tomorrow daughter mine will show up for a visit. She has been at the Asian supermarket to buy those things I forgot last time. Good thing is that the market is not far from her flat, and that she has the so called Klimaticket to get to our house, which only cost me 830 Euro and will need to be retrieved in three months. But she won´t have to pay for the bus, which is good. Only that she saved maybe 300 Euro by this. And she went to Vienna two times and visited her brother in Graz... Not so sure if such a ticket is cost-effective (for me). Okay, I forgot about the ways to her college. But that did not happen so often, because after the first month of the term all lectures were held online...
