It is as I feared- part of the pool water is pumped off, but installation work isn't as easy as hubby has thought. Means that I won't be able to use the pool today. And tomorrow. Weather will turn to the wet side anyway. It's just my luck that the water is warm enough now for bathing!
Flavius is so cute now that he wants to talk in earnest. Yesterday he learned the names of a few animals by playing with our Schleich zoo. He sat next to the box, picking the animals out and showing them to me, and put them back only when he was able to repeat the names. Needless to say that I sat on the floor for a long time...
Today I got up late but started with knitting early. Alas, it was the day of tumbling stitches. Worst case scenario was when I sewed the shoulders together, and part of the trim got loose! I almost gave up then! Now it's time to start the top, even though I am not exactly fond of doing more knitting!
PS: Reparation work turned out even worse than expected. Hubby cut pieces and sanded pieces until lunchtime, when he had to stop- no one is supposed to make noise until two in the afternoon except idiot neighbour maybe. At two hubby stormed back out and began to glue things together. Only that the strong winds had rearranged the pieces, or so hubby says. And this glue is so strong that things cannot be separated once they are glued together. There's also no more repair parts available in the DiY markets (all five of them). Sorry, but that's so my husband! Only hope is that he'll find the things online to order them, otherwise we are so screwed!
