There are days...

 ...when I prefer to go outside and relish the coolness of a rainy day after a period of summer heat. It was cool, it was rainy today, but unfortunately there was cooking to do, even though it was more of utilising what was still in the fridge from yesterday´s lunch, which was two chicken thighs and some seasoned rice. Remnants of yesterday turned into Biryani Arancini Balls with tomato sauce Indian style. Poor hubby- still no ham pasta within sight which would make him feel more grounded! Son did a lot of helping. He´s the only one in the family I can put in front of my frying pan, and the outcome will be perfect. Hubby is the nervous type, who will turn all meat over and over again, until he has no clue if it´s raw or well-done or killed twice.
After lunch weather turned from cool and grey to less grey and quite warm and felt like Mexico during rainy season- simply horrific! But just then hubby decided that I had to take son to do a tour over the border, which meant that at that point I had to get out of the house even though I did not want to. Shopping was a very sweaty affair, but we did survive, and we were quick! Then son packed his suitcase and got brought to the train station- it´s hubby and me again, and the next early shift of daughter will be on the 22nd only- time to recover. Still angry that son will quit studying, but he says that all that additional working did no good to him- he definitely had to decide what´s more important, and to him it´s earning money to have a flat of his own. As an Asperger life is not that easy...
I have come to the part of knitting which I loathe the most- four balls of wool that have to be untangled at the end of each row. I went downstairs and got me a bowl with cheese sticks as comfort food. It´s eight long rows of hell, and twenty more, which are a bit easier to knit. Is it brash to ask for moral support again?
