Gossipping along

 I had to do a proper bathroom cleaning of the main bathroom and one of the kitchen in the morning. And cook a proper lunch, because hubby had left chicken breasts in the fridge. So I made spicy Indian curry. Now I am waiting how my digestive system will react to all that spiciness! My friend, curious as she is, wanted a sample, because it smelled so good. She successfully imitated the colours of our national flag when eating- red-white-red. I was amused, she not that much, but served her well! Afterwards we had coffee and cake, and lots of water for her. But gossipping was real fun- about our families, about her ex, about former friends (one of them was a student of mine). We went to the conservatory for chatting, because hubby is used to always put his two cents in (and we won't bother with peanuts). When she finally left it was almost dark outside. Only then I noticed that the house was too cool- I had forgotten to close the bathroom window, and at that time we were down to five degrees already. Another night with negative temperatures was ahead of us, but nothing to worry- fire in the wood oven got started by hubby, he loves to use the Christmas tree as fuel. Although- it was only 16 degrees in the bedroom, which meant that I had to go in search of an additional blanket to not freeze during night...
