At four in the morning the warbling of the birds was in full swing. I can tell you, they warble loud, very loud. Not even Elsa can top this, at least not from early dawn until it is time to get up. I have read the rest of book I am reading on my tablet PC until it was finally time to make breakfast. Little lady has packed her rucksack in the morning, including the one teddy bear Cassian needs when he sleeps at our house. At first I thought she was glad to return home now that she found a veritable opponent in the form of her younger cousin, but as it seems she has decided to cope with the new situation. Her princess attitudes have incurred her parent´s disapproval. Her mother has unpacked the bear, which earned her half an hour of constant howls of protest. Mum and pa have decided to contact the toddler´s group´s worker, to get more nformation about the way their daughter interacts with other children. Sounds rational, because Elsa does not have children of her age in the neighbourhood, and the only friend from toddler group she meets now and then gets subdued like Cassian. Only that, after a day of being constantly subdued, Cassian had enough and rebelled against his cousin. Little lady is not yet used to this situation. Now that she will soon attend kindergarten she´d better accomodate herself, and she has done so today, being nice to Cassian all of a sudden.
Lunch is done, it´s chilli meatballs with spicy peanut dip and egg fried rice. Family number three has already eaten, they will be off in half an hour, after coffee and cake, so I better go down an fire the coffee maker up. Elsa is sulking again, this time because she wants to stay and play with Cassian. Now that the bear is safe in the bedroom and Elsa has forgotten about it they are playing without quarelling. Soon all of them will be out of the house, hubby and Cassian included. My eardrums will rejoice! In three weeks the same game will be on again...

Well, I was terribly bored this afternoon with hubby away and no child throing a tantrum. That's why I began to sort out books of the shelves. And now I am searching for a filigree granny square pattern I want to use for a new shirt for Elsa but cannot find a fitting one.
