noadvertising...not me, but hubby. Because daughter mine interrupted our soccer evening by phoning her dad to pick her and her bike up. That girl is an enigma when it comes to things with wheels. Yesterday evening she left for a student party, where she wanted to meet some of her friends. She did not go by bus but by bike- the first time in about five years. When she left, it was still broad daylight. When she had to return early (her shift at the airport was to begin at 7 AM) it was pitch dark already- and she did not find the dynamo. Hubby raced to bring her home, but missed the only goal by a mere minute. Yup, husband can get rather loud when it comes to missing goals. There have been a lot of those!
I spent the day inside with fire in the fireplace- it´s a ten outside, after a night with four degrees. My poor tomato plants are suffering! Since we all got up early, I did three kilos of apricot jam in the morning, but managed to nick my finger when coring the fruits. Then I burnt my hands, when jam was splashing out of the pot, and thrice at that. I only can do one kilo of fruits at a time, and I am bad at learning! Now we have fifteen jars of apricot jam only husband mine loves to eat. I only need it for baking, per year I will have about three rolls with apricot jam for breakfast! Brought hubby to the train then (yes, I was allowed to keep my car today, but only because I was to pick daughter up after work), wrapped Cassian´s birthday presents, did Teriyaki meatballs, did a nap, did more car driving. I did not watch TV, I have returned to the old pattern- no TV before prime time programme. With all that knitting I spent way too much time in front of the TV! Currently I am waiting for husband mine to call me and tell me, where I am supposed to pick him up after concert. Sundays are not exactly relaxing at times!
