noadvertising I woke early again- not that early, but still... Having finished breakfast before eight does wonders to my daily routine! Housework is all done before ten, and I feel more energetic. I put teak oil on seven stars, but husband thought the original ones more natural, and he might be right. I will leave the final decision to my friend, because some of the stars will go to her home. I am waiting for her to arrive, which will be late in the afternoon, because she has a date with the tax office. Oh dear, now I might get told the whole uncanny affair of lost tax filings caused by her brother's wife, until she will leave. Poor me!
I have a new lamp in the conservatory, a 'gift' by DiL. The lamp had not worked at their house, always causing shorts. Husband bought a new switcher, now it works fine. I so like this new floor lamp!
Since hubby did lunch I did a stitching marathon and made it to the jelly bag cap, which is huge but easy to do. So maybe there'll be another dwarf on the pillow-case for Christmas! Alas, the dwarf lady will be even harder to stitch! For my next project I will have to look for a real pattern- it's a pain in the ass doing this sort of needlework by estimating the number and the colour of those cross stitches!
