Not ours, but still

noadvertising Each morning we get a visit from neighbour's cat Schnuckele now- she will scratch at the terrace door, when she notices us having breakfast, hubby lets her in, and then she will wander around the house for some time, before hubby lures her out again with the help of cat goodies. Today I thought I´d heard her from upstairs and found her lying on my half of the bed. Our own cats weren't allowed into the bedroom, but with all of them gone by now, the door to it is open most of the time...
No cooking today- we were invited to number two for a late lunch. Son did a splendid roast beef with green beans,carrots and potatoes, while hubby made dumplings. Once again Cassian and Flavius were a tad too loud and hyped-up, which ended with a smashed coffee cup, its content spilled on the carpet. Blessedly the boys´ behaviour is way better when they are at our house! We did not stay as long as usual, because I had been too lazy to open the new jar that contains my regular skin cream after showering and used an older one instead. Very bad choice, it was the one which always irritates my eyes. Five minutes after applying my eyes began to itch- and I did not put the cream anywhere near them! Old cream is in the bin, no matter how expensive it was. I then searched Amazon for a cream that would be from the same cosmetic line my regenerating lotion comes from- no, thanks, but I am not ready to pay 150 Euro for a jar of day creme, only to notice that my eyes won´t tolerate the ingredients afterwards! I should have asked DiL´s sister, who is using this product line, to let me test the cream, but, as always, I forgot...
Since the last update of my mobile two days ago some settings did change- Whatsapp messages and emails will suddenly come with a sound. Pretty bad, since during a phase of insomnia and daughter still awake we had a conversation via Whatsapp, when I wandered downstairs to have a glass of milk. Well, I stopped writing her then and went to bed again, while she did not and fired a lot more messages towards my addreess. My mobile did bleep a lot, and hubby was definitely not amused, nor was I! I will have to change the settings, before I go to bed today, to avoiud another nightly disaster!
