noadvertising | Absolutely demotivated

I will- I have to- I should- I don't want, that's what happens with my plans. Today I woke, happily accepting that I needed to drive to a nearby shopping centre to pick up my orders. After housework and a long, nice shower it was more that I felt I was obliged to do so. After lunch I told myself that I really should get my lazy bum going. And after my after-lunch nap I did not want out of the house anymore. Seriously, that's not what I felt in the morning. Feels like autumn depression. Not for the first time and surely not the last time, depends on how long my life will last. It will get better with family visits- then I will rant and whine but get things done. Not so at the moment. But I got my act together in the afternoon. Dressed for a shopping spree, took my car and left. On the way to the shopping centre I hardly believed my eyes, but on the huge fir tree next to a nearby inn someone has already installed Christmas lighting. In October! Oh dear! Then again, in today's daily one would read the story of this year's Christmas tree for Schönbrunn- it's already on the way to the capital, because Christmas market in front of the palace will open on Novemer 6th. Oh dear, again! I spent 150 euros at Müller's, bought myself a cappuccino at the coffee shop then did a tour to the book shop, although I seldom buy books here but order via Amazon. But I love the smell in those shops!
Weather is changing- until today we had headache-inducing foehn with too warm temperatures for late October, but from tomorrow on we are to get strong winds, rain and cool weather for a while. Perfect for knitting and the last part of decorating- the boys are so ready for helping me with the hanging up of the magic candles! I want them in the conservatory. Hubby does not want them at all, because he's the one who has to install them, the boys and I will only do the supervising...
