Dec. 18th, 2013 08:44 pmOh dear, Christmas is almost here and I haven´t finished half of the things I intended to. So I ordered most of the presents from Amazon. And now Amazon Germany is on strike. Not all of the distribution centers have associated, but I´d bet the one that hoards my ordered stuff is among those who have stopped working, even if only for a short period of time. I wonder if the presents will be delivered in time!
Yesterday I took a photo of Namo cat. Namo is the most placid cat I´ve ever owned. He sat with the gloves draped on his head for almost half an hour, watching us watching him. That´s his favourite occupation. As long as no one goes upstairs to the sacred place where the catfood is stored he won´t leave the sofa, but heaven help the one who makes a visit to our upper bathroom! Just go and try to climb the stairs without tripping up on a crazed cat who wants food, food,food...and treats, if possible! And since Namo cat has been put on a diet it´s worse than ever! At least he is not steeling food like his sister Vaire, who constantly ransacks our cooking pots for something edible, while she usually ignores the food in her bowl. Yesterday she made off with three liver dumplings that should have been my hubby´s dinner. Hubby was not amused. The worst is yet to come: Vaire cat hid hat was left of the dumplings in my boot. Unfortunately I did not notice it when I put it on. Not good when you have to leave in a hurry!
