Ouch again

Yesterday it was so windy and rainy that I decided to skip work in the garden - it´s mostly me giving orders and hubby doing the labor as long as the hole in my thumb has not healed up - and concentrate on finishing the shawl I am working on. During night I woke with a slight pain in my right wrist. I thought that maybe I had slept in an unnatural position, which is a speciality of mine, but in the morning the pain had doubled, and now it´s a constant painful hammering which gets worse the longer the day lasts. Ibuprofen does not work, neither does Voltadol salve. Yes, I have been crocheting for a few hours, but never before has this afflicted the state of my carpus! That will be a long night for me, and first way tomorrow will be to the my physician. I have dropped a cup today, because I cannot hold it properly. I am able to skip coffee break, but I cannot skip housework. Hubby is off to number two to help with renovation work, and number four and five have online courses all day long, though both will help with lunch preparations. I only hope I will be able to drive in the morning! Wish me luck!
