Momos ahoy!
Sep. 21st, 2021 06:56 pmI swear this morning I was still full from yesterday´s dinner. It had been fabulous, just the way I like it- spicy, spicier, okay, forget about the last comparative, might have been a tad too much. Number four and I brought home more than half of the main course, so I did not have to cook today. I totally loved the starters, could have eaten me through all of them. Okay, I had my fair share by tasting what the others had ordered, and now I will try to do some of the starters myself. Cannot be that hard, it´s not that different from Indian cuisine, and I have spent a lot of afternoons in the kitchen of my best friend´s parents, who had originally come from India. Momos are my absolute favourite, and the dough is similar to a strudel dough. Biggest problem might be the folding!
From tomorrow on son will be off for university. It will be only hubby and me until Christmas, with the occasional invasion of grandchildren and their parents, so wish me luck, please, because life will get very stressfull for me from now on! Hubby does not take the lack of activity lightly, and number four had been a welcome source of additional duties for him. Should I be concerned that today hubby has purchased a one-year ticket for the tunnel toll he needs when he drives to Graz?
