Tired

 My alarm would have gone off at three in the morning, but my inner alarm for the loo woke me at two fifteen. I decided to not go to bed for forty more minutes of not-sleeping and went down to the living room, made me a cup of coffee then did a crossword puzzle. On the way to the airport I almost managed to run a very young cat over. Did a full breaking and had a very upset daughter next to me then. There has to be a farmer nearby who lets his un-neutered cats roam free- I have seen quite a lot of those animals run down between farm and the field on the other side of the street, but seemingly there´s never a shortage of ncats.
I spent the day with being tired interspersed with halfhearted attempts at doing some housework. Hubby was off most of the morning- lots of grocery shopping to do on his e-bike! And he had to cook his own lunch, because I still had leftovers I had not eaten yesterday. The property next to ours (the one meant for chicken farming) got cleared of bushes and two garden sheds the former owner had not complained about, but the new one has. So one more day of excessive noise. Even the boys, who had come with their mother after afternoon care complained, and this says a lot! To their mum´s horror hubby fed them ice then cake- the two were very hungry, comprehensible since they had both skipped lunch at school (they both hate spinach with fried egg). Strange, because this is a combination even I would eat, and I am quite picky when it comes to greens served warm. The boys did not want to accompany their mother on her way to the DIY shop. While Flavius added more noise to the outdoor ongoings when playing car crash, Cassian went with me to the bedroom and choose the final colours for the new knitting project. I will have to do a tour to the shop soonest, or summer will be over before the summer shirts are be finished. But I got a deal for Wednesday- my friend and I will meet DiL and grandsons at the exhibition, and she will show us her paintings...
