Wishing you all a Happy Easter!


I like to sleep late on Easter Sunday, but this year my cats precluded me from doing it. All they do since their sibling died is either fight with each other or cause havoc. This morning Vaire opened the door to paradise, commonly called kitchen. I did hear the door creak but did not make it  fast enough down into the main floor. Together with her brother cat made away with almost half of the turkey escalopes, after having had a taste of the Sacher cake I made for Easter. Fortunately they nibbled off only a small part, because baking is certainly not my favourite occupation, and we´ll have guests for afternoon coffee. Thanks God my cats can´t spill the beans! So it will be pork instead of turkey for dinner, and the nibbled part of the torte will serve as a sacrifice to the God of Organic Waste. No frigging way I´ll bake another cake!
